POSITION: MANAGEMENT TRAINEES

This is basically an opening for the students who have freshly completed their formal post graduation education in First Division in Business Administration (MBA, MBS), MA (Economics), etc. who aspire to begin their career in Banking.

• Age Limit at the time of applying is 30 years.
• Shall apply within 3 years from securing post graduate qualification.
• Intake is limited up to maximum 10 trainees
• Selection criteria may be different according to the number of applicants.
• All fresh post graduate students, without any formal training/experience in banking are eligible.
• Successful candidates will go through rigorous training, comprising both on the job and class room trainings, for ONE YEAR.
• Successful candidates will have to make a written commitment to serve the Bank for a period of at least TWO YEARS.
• Successful candidates will be paid stipend as may be fixed by the Bank. They will not be eligible for other benefits as are applicable to the regular staff members of the Bank.
• Bank may terminate any trainees at any time during the training period for their unacceptable development in learning or those with behavioural/attitude problems.
• Successful Trainees will be eligible for appointment in the Junior Officer level. However, the Bank reserves the right to place them in the Senior Assistant level depending on their level of development/fitness witnessed during the training period.
• Successful Trainees may be placed in any offices/branches of the Bank.
