Job Description:
- To assume responsibilities as branch managers.
- To handle Credit, Marketing and Operational functions.
Job
Requirements:
At
least 4 years of Banking experience at managerial/officer level in branch
management, credit, trade finance, marketing or operations in a reputed bank or
financial institution.
- A holder of MBA/MBS/M.Com. or equivalent degree in economics from recognized university
or Chartered Accountant.
- Strong relationship management and business
development skills.
- Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality and banking
products and services.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and
groups in managing customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written
communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to
facilitate working with associates and customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of existing regulations,
industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws of
banking.
- Conversant with and ability to operate
banking software.
Age: Preferably between 25- 45
years.
