POSITION: MANAGERIAL LEVEL

• Deputy Manager

Job Description:

• To assume responsibilities as branch managers.
• To handle Credit, Marketing and Operational functions.

Job Requirements:

At least 4 years of Banking experience at managerial/officer level in branch management, credit, trade finance, marketing or operations in a reputed bank or financial institution.

• A holder of MBA/MBS/M.Com. or equivalent degree in economics from recognized university or Chartered Accountant.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality and banking products and services.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate working with associates and customers.
• Knowledge and understanding of existing regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws of banking.
• Conversant with and ability to operate banking software.

Age:     Preferably between 25- 45 years.
